From the desert? My only advice is don't go swimming alone if you're drunk again. Easy way to drown.

I'd take my chances with another black dragon than go swimming while drunk. There are worse ways to go and none of my friends would forgive me.

And don't worry, I've just got my feet in the water. Having a cool breeze instead of a hot one is...makes my head feel better.
