[Though still feeling a little sickly, the glow at least subsides more now. Jade starts to look -- and feel -- human again (even if she's only half-human overall). All things considered, she should probably sleep, but the thought of resting in an unfamiliar world doesn't sit right with her. The Fever isn't getting any worse right now, but what if it does while she's resting?

[Rather than letting her own thoughts reveal themselves on her visage, Jade forces a smile as she closes up her bag.]

I'm afraid that's just life. Thanks to my magic, it's never going away. [While she could let the subject turn dour, she adds:] I'd apologize for passing out on you back there, but it's not every day I'm swept up in the arms of a beautiful woman.
