Particularly at the mention of possible danger, his eyes flick to the newer wound, but he can't feel particularly concerned about the warning. Of course there was a catch - it would be too much to expect to have been shipped off to any sort of carefree paradise, even if that's how he was currently feeling. He might as well have been dead, in that case.

Pain radiates up his arm and to his neck, his left hand clenching hard beneath the water. His more serene expression falters for just a moment as it flickers into a wincing smile.
"Ah, I see. I suppose it's very obvious that I've just arrived here, then. At least if something does try to eat us, we'll stand a better chance together than alone." Finel glances again at the healing scar on the stranger's chest. "I take it whatever tried to eat you before only got in one bite."
